    In addition to submitting the application for admission, we require the following documents to complete your admission file:

    First year applicants

    • High school transcript with completed junior year grades

    Transfer applicants with less than 30 credits
    • High school transcript showing graduation date

    • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities where you attempted to receive college credit

    Transfer applicants with 30 or more credits
    • Official transcripts from all colleges and universities where you attempted to receive college credit

    International applicants will submit the following items in addition to the requirements for first year or transfer applicants
    1. TOEFL, Duolingo, or IELTS if English is not your native language or if you have not studied in an English-speaking academic system

    2. Copy of your passport photo page, which you must upload in the application

    3. Financial Affidavit

    Mount Marty offers admitted students merit scholarships between $13,000 - $18,000 per year based on GPA. We also offer the following scholarships, which require an application and possible interview or material submission:

    Application-based scholarships: 

    1. Mission Scholars Program: For students looking to grow in their faith at Mount Marty. Scholarships are up to $5,000 per year. Read more about the program and register your interest here.

    2. Seton Education Scholars: For students looking to teach in a Catholic school in Nebraska or South Dakota after graduating from Mount Marty. Scholarships are up to $10,000 per year. Read more about the program here. The deadline to apply is February 15, 2026.

    3. Avera Nursing Advantage: An opportunity for students looking to major in nursing at Mount Marty University. Students who receive the Advantage will receive funding of $15,000 per year for two years ($30,000 total) beginning in the student's junior year and job opportunities at Avera Health as a registered nurse upon receiving a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.     4. Theatre Scholarships: We offer theatre scholarships to students of up to $6,000 per year. Read more and register your interest here.

    5. Music Scholarships: We offer music scholarships to students of up to $6,000 per year. Read more and register your interest here.

    6. Submit your art or creative writing portfolio here. Scholarships range from $2,000 to $5,000 per year.

    St. Scholastica Scholarship Interviews:

    The St. Scholastica Scholarship Interviews are for students who have an unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher (first year or transfer). Students interview with one or more Mount Marty faculty members and can earn scholarships between $1,000 - $3,000 per year. Fall 2026 students can register here in September 2025.
