Students can interview either virtually with university faculty to earn renewable scholarships in the amounts of $1,000, $2,000, and $3,000 per year. To qualify you must have a 3.0 cumulative GPA (unweighted if in high school). By participating, you are guaranteed a $1,000 per year scholarship. All interviews last approximately 25 minutes. Join us for the Educators Rising Learning Expo! This event is perfect for individuals interested in a career in teaching. It will feature a keynote speaker and breakout sessions provided by teacher-education candidates in the areas of mental health, classroom management, reading strategies, and artificial intelligence. Interview with nursing faculty for the opportunity to receive a $30,000 per year scholarship to attend Mount Marty University. Interview slots are throughout the spring 2026 semester. To be eligible for this prestigious interview process, you must have at least a 3.9 high-school or college GPA and plan on majoring in nursing at Mount Marty University. Register here.

Individual Campus VisitsWe look forward to welcoming you to South Dakota's Catholic University in this individual campus visit format! You will be able to tour our beautiful Yankton campus, meet with an enrollment counselor and connect with faculty. You can also take this opportunity to sit in on a class, enjoy lunch on campus, or attend daily Mass with the sisters of Sacred Heart Monastery. Start times are 10am or 2pm Monday to Friday.
