You can now submit applications to several scholarship programs across our campus that highlight our Catholic, Benedictine mission.
Mission Scholars: Join us for Mission Scholar Interview Day Friday, February 9 either virtually or in person. Mission Scholars pray together, volunteer together, and work together as students and lead efforts to create a campus in the image of Christ. Importantly, Mission Scholars can come from any faith background. Mission Scholars earn $4,000 per year in scholarships & are expected to participate in:
Good Fr. Gus Scholarship: Named for the first U.S. Roman Catholic priest publicly known to be black, the Venerable Father Augustus Tolton, this $4,000 renewable scholarship is for students who are committed to using the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in ways that support Mount Marty University’s core values and Catholic Benedictine mission. The application process includes the submission of a five-minute video. Apply here for the Good Fr. Gus Scholarship. The scholarship deadline is January 15. Performing Arts Scholarships: Join us at Mount Marty University for an immersive Theatre experience. Participate in a meet & greet with current Mount Marty students and faculty, get a sneak-peak behind Marian Auditorium's stage, tour campus (including lunch!) and of course enjoy their performance of A Night in the Theatre. Interested in auditioning for a scholarship? Let us know and we'll coordinate an audition prior to the start of the event. Scholarships available in Band, Theatre and/or Choir. Sign up here. |
